Windows 10 has lesser number of resuming and loading screens than 8.1 in my experience.

How do you think Microsoft can "remove" resuming?
Answer: Not
They can (and will) reduce it and high end hardware can further reduce it till "larger" apps "bring" it back.
So please be realistic about it.

I only open 1 app . it's whatsapp. When i open chat from action centre it always get resuming...my phone has 1 gb of ram...is it normal ?
