"Loading..." for Messages, Contacts, Cortana and Photos?

Hi, i have a Lumia 1320 and i still have this "problem" with last build, "Loading..." screen when i open Messages, Contacts, Cortana and Photos. Is someone have this problem in his phone?

Hi, is this on the latest .107 build?
To start with I would try a soft reset and then failing that a hard reset.

sorry to tell you but that "problem" is the common behavior unless your phone is empty, try the placebo pill aka "hard reset" it might help for a while

I have Lumia 950. Upgraded to the latest build today. Hey Cortana not working. Done hard reset twice. Anyone has similar problems. Please send me a solution

You should really create your own thread for your issue, rather than hijack the bottom of this one.
Have you cleared the training and gone through the 'Hey Cortana' setup again?
