"Loading" Screen back in build 10166

I installed Windows 10 build 10166 on my Lumia 520 Yesterday. I installed 8.1 fresh and then upgraded to 10, and they again hard reset it.

To my surprise, the loading screen is back which was not there in the last build of win 10.

Anyone else feeling the same?

Yes I see many having this problem including myself.
