Locating Picasa to download picture to Amazon Seller Acct

I am trying to download a picture to our Amazon account, but when I'm on Amazon and use the "browse" option to select a picture, I can't find Picasa on my computer to choose a picture from? Have same issue when trying to download to our website. I have to same the pictures in my Pictures folder to download? What a pain.

That sounds like a Google Picasa / Amazon issue.

It does not seem directly related to Windows.
