Location on when battery is low

I noticed strange behavior on my Lumia 925 wp 8.1 build 12393. I turn on battery saver. Every time battery is getting low (with shield symbol appears on battery icon), the location (GPS) is automatically turn on. Did anybody facing this issue?

I guess it happens because you have checked "save my location when battery gets low" in Find my phone.
