Hello All,
I have an unlocked Samsung Omnia 7 which I updated about a month ago after getting the message that updates are available. Now what's happening is that after i click the power button to turn off the display, it flashes back on and stays on for hours! No wonder my battery is dying overnight. I have restarted my phone several times, turned off battery saver and on, but no avail. Now the new issue is that it is saying that there is an update available but every time I connect the phone to my computer (running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit) i get the error message USB device not recognized. Please help!!
Here is the phone info:
OS Version: 7.10.7720.68
firmware revision: 2424.11.9.2
hardware revision: 3.15.0.4
radio software: 0424.11.8.1
radio hardware: 0.0.0.800
bootloader: 5.9.0.6
Chip SOC: 0.36.2.0
