Lock screen problem

Hi guys....when i press unlock button and try to swipe the screen upwards, it doesn't respond.....i have to wait for 5-6 seconds and then unlock it. I dont use any app for lock screen. What should i do? Mobile is Lumia 1320, 8.1 cyan.

Have you tried a soft reset?
The first thing to try, when experiencing such problems is performing a soft reset.

To perform a soft-reset: Hold down the "volume down" and "power button" for 10-20 seconds (till the screen turns off).

Dude. I did sort reset for about 3-4 times. No improvement. And the screen does not do it everytime....it only does sometimes....
