Lock screen setting broken? 10536

Hey all. So I finally got around to updating to build 10536 (late, I know), after which I did a hard reset. I've just noticed that when trying to add apps to show notifications on the lock screen, going out of and back into the settings results in any third-party apps being removed. Any help?
