Lock screen weather

In 8.1 we could use the Bing weather app to give us the weather on the lock screen. I haven't found a way to do this in W10. Is there a step or something I'm missing?

Amazing Weather HD allows this, and I think Accuweather does. I can't find anything in the MS Weather app. I think Metweather enabled it as well.

Bing on the lock screen seems to be for the images of the day.

Yeah, I actually found Amazing Weather HD about a week ago. It is my current go-to weather app.
