My niece has a new laptop and set it up without waiting for any adult help She managed to use the wrong email address (one that doesn't exist!) and can't remember her Microsoft password. I have used the recover account link, getting them to send the forms to the correct email address but when I submit the form they say, rightly so, that we don't have enough evidence that it is her account. So now I have a brand new laptop I can't get into. Any help would be gratefully received, thanks in advance.
