Looking at the specs on nokias site

The 900 has AWS(1700/2100) band 4 support and it will still not work on TMobile's 3g/4g network

on Nokia's US site Nokia Lumia 900 Specifications - Nokia - USA
in the 'Hardware' section you can see the supported Operating Frequencies

GSM 850
GSM 900
GSM 1800
GSM 1900
WCDMA Band V 850
LTE Band 17 (700)
WCDMA Band I 2100
WCDMA Band II 1900
WCDMA Band VIII 900
LTE Band 4 (1700/2100)

That 'Band 4 (1700/2100)' line looks good to a TMobile/CincinnatiBell user until you look at the 'LTE' part.

T-Mo customers can still feel better than Verizon or Sprint customers. I bet T-mo gets the 900 after AT&T exclusivity ends.
