Looking for Cricket unlock codes?

I am needing to replace my L650, which is a Cricket model (RM1150) that I am using on AT&T. I bought it unlocked but not finding any currently that are already unlocked. I searched eBay for unlock services but none offered for MS phones and the couple for Lumia excluded the 650. Any ideas out there?
PS-I loved this phone, it broke while doing Harvey recovery and had to go back to my old 635 & 8.1. yikes!

That's a bummer about your Lumia 650 breaking Have you considered asking in the Marketplace if anyone has any to sell?

That's all I can think of, since it is hard to find now.

well I lucked out, I hope.
A used one popped up on eBay today already unlocked and I jumped on it. It looks in good shape, claims an 8/10. We'll see, but mostly I just hope it is really unlocked.
