Those of you with a Lumia 640 have probably got a slightly loose cover mainly in both the bottom right hand corner & the top left hand corner.
Well here how to fix it.
Get some blutack make 4 very small balls and put them on the 4 circles on the underside of the housing so it avoids the speaker ect.
Clip it it back in as you usually would and with some slight pressure press down on all 4 corners & hey presto no more loose creaky cover & still can be removed easily.
