Cut & Paste & the Marketplace fix(es) are coming in NoDo which will be released this next week (21st-25th). Youtube does stink, and I would bet they are working on making it better for a fairly soon release as thats a big one people use on their phones.

Facebook app stinks? The integration is best out there, and the app is pretty good for me. They had a fix for the facebook app crashes within 2 days.

I know its a bit rough coming from more "matured" platforms. I came from Android (and iPhone before that) and miss a ton of features, but when I go play with it I am quickly reminded how much better the wp7 structure & UI is. The platform will be great, but it does take a little time. You could always go back to the iPhone until later this year when Mango is released, and some nicer hardware (like maybe Nokias first releases).

NoDo won't be hitting peoples handsets until the 31st if yer lucky, probably not 'til next month. I agree, the Facebook app is pretty horrible. Youtube can't and won't compare with the iPhone, and probably never will. I doubt Mango or Nokia phones will be out until next year.

If you are having a hard time finding reasons to stay, there's nothing coming anytime soon to change your mind. I'd recommend trying again around this time next year.. hopefully then it will be competitive with last year's iPhones. It's an amazing OS that has more potential than anything else available right now, but Microsoft isn't looking to capitalize on the potential (at least this year) so I'm not sure what other advice to give. :(

While I agree with you on updates and cut-and-paste to a degree, I must say that I love the Facebook integration and app, although I barely open the app due to not requiring to do so as the People hub works fine for me. Never had problems with the Marketplace either, I would recommend waiting for the upcoming update, see what it brings for you, and then make a decision.

Ok so its the next day and yes my wifes phone can now download apps, suprise ,
I don't understand if they knew they were doing some udates why did they not say anything or even to the first layer of support .. because they did not know anything until they tried to send me to second level support thats when they said they are doing some updates and everything should be fine in the morning as it was and is ..

also she has the NoDo on her phone and my phone has a bug with connecting to the bluetooth in my car, after I leave the car and get back in I need to stop the bluetooth on the phone and turn it back on to connect, with my wifes new phone its no longer a problem so i assume they do have some bug fixes .. I just wish they would tell us what they are ..
