Losing Random Contact Records

Hello all,

I have a 1020 and I have found that periodically and randomly I find that a contact record is gone. I have about 1200 records. Just now I went to get the address for my wife's cousin. The record was gone. Fortunately I have a spreadsheet of all my contacts that I got the info back from.

Is this a common problem? Please PM me with any advice.

No, I have never heard of this. That is a ton of contacts, though.

Have you got an Outlook account synched up? If so, you will have an automatic back up of your addresses and contact information.
