Lost app after changing handset

A few days ago I downloaded SMB2-SE (Super Monkey Ball game) which was available free to Lumia handsets. A couple of days later, my service provider replaced my 920 due to some faulty plastic. I did a restore from backup, and all my apps were restored, except this one. I tried to download it again from the store, without success, as it seems that it is no longer available.

Am I missing something? Not really that bothered with this particular game, but would hate this to happen in future with an app that I use a lot and is suddenly removed from the store.

Good question. I got this on my 900 while my 920 was in the shop. I just got my 920 back and when I tried to redownload it, it wants 2.99. Not sure whats going on here either.
