lost apps

The camera in the wife's 1020 stop focusing so she got a new one. now she can not get the apps back on her new phone. Some of the apps are not available on the market any more. is there a way to transfer them from the old phone to the new one?

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer apps from the old phone to the new one. The only way to get these apps onto the new phone is to locate the .xap files and side load them onto a developer unlocked device.
