lost favorites in Lumia 950 after updating desktop PC to creators update

Hi. After updating my HP Envy Phoenix Windows 10 desktop PC to the fall creators update, all of my favorites/bookmarks have vanished from my Lumia 950 phone. My settings are still set to sync on both my devices but my favorites are gone from my phone. I updated my desktop PC the day the creators update was released (10/17/17) by using windows update. It was available for my desktop PC. I did try resetting my phone and started from scratch but even that didn't fix the problem. I'm just wondering if this happened to anyone else and/or what could be wrong. Thanks.
