Lost my phone

Is there a possible way microsoft can help me trace my nokia lumia 530,or give me advic on what to do

If you did set up the find my phone option in settings you can use Microsoft's website > your account to track and trace/lock/sing/wipe etc.

But this only works if you did the setup as indicated in above post.

Furthermore I would advice you
1 To contact your provider to prevent additional cost if your phone/sim card is used by the "finder".
2 Change your password on your MS account.
