Low Res IE image Issues

Has anyone been experiencing low res images while on IE? There is a clear difference in quality compared to IE and the UC Browser (UC Browser images are much sharper and higher in quality).

My data sense is turned off and the low res occurs whether i'm connected to Wifi or using my data...

The issue is occurring with larger images too, not just thumbnails.

The attached image is a screenshot from NBC.com using IE.

Any suggestions or has anyone else experienced this?

Go to your phone settings, data check (i have it under different language so menus may vary) and make sure the data save option from browsing is unchecked. This may result to your problem.
