LTE Device?

When I purchased the phone today, the sales man had to insert an LTE sim card. He said when LTE goes live in our area, the S will be able to take advantage. I haven't read anywhere that this is an LTE device. Anyone else?

No, it is not an LTE device, nor does Windows Phone even support LTE at this point in time.
