lumia 1020 hacked...

not sure if this is the right place to post my problem, but since the topic is lumia 1020 here I go. I think that my lumia 1020 has been hacked...or at least shows some very strange behaviour... which makes it look hacked.
out of nowhere, apps start up and there seems to be random scrolling going on, looks like someone is using the phone, while it's just laying on the table... rebooting solves the issue for a while (sometimes for hours, sometimes for a minute or so). I've done a soft reset, hard reset, back to factory settings & upgrading to latest builds, but the problem keeps popping up over and over again...
at first I thought it started every time when I used internet explorer, but that's not the case.
I was hoping to upgrade to win10 and that would solve the problem, but since that upgrade is not gonna happen, is there anyone here who can explain what has happened to my phone... and how to solve it...

Re: lumia 1020 hacked...

The likelihood of your phone being hacked is minimal. Even if you have some questionable apps.

If you have a case or a screen protector, this can usually cause the phone to act funny. Especially if it's a bit old.

Check for any new apps you may have installed and any background running apps to see if there's anything odd there as well.

Re: lumia 1020 hacked...

@N_LaRUE: I don't have any questionable apps, the phone has been reset to factory settings (which is getting difficult to do because now the phone goes even nuts straight after factory reset...)
no additional apps have been installed yet. There's no case nor screenprotector or whatever...
basically the phone should now be in a state of "clean out of the box" but it goes completly bonkers... I'm really not joking when I say that it looks "possessed". If I could I would post a video so you can see this behaviour...

Re: lumia 1020 hacked...

Sounds like a flaky digitizer, the screen registering random touches that aren't there and whatever gets "touched" happens...

Especially if it survived a full factory reset and it's still doing it.
