[LUMIA 1020] Upgrading from LUMIA BLACK TO CYAN - Camera dead

I have now sent my WP8.1/CYAN LUMIA 1020 to repair (been without a phone for 1? week). All Nokia Service Repair center was to downgrade phone from CYAN to BLACK and said the issue was done. I am not happy with this solution. My camera dies after upgrading to CYAN update. Anyone else with this problem???

i also had this issue,it got solved with cyan but wasnt working on DP initially

Many of us have the same problem, search forum for "dead camera" etc. I gave my 920 with the same issue back to nokia repair on monday, I am now waiting for it.

Scary. I just updated this morning and hadn't checked the camera yet so I had a moment of panic. Luckily mine is fine. I hope yours gets fixed quick!

My 1020 died completely and has been with nokia repair for over a week now.
