Lumia 1320 Freezes after WP8.1DP

I have experienced this at least 3 times in last month and a week...it hangs for about good ten minutes and then reboots itself...anyone else facing such problems?? Any solution...I have hard reset my phone after the last update of 8.1DP about a week ago..still it got stuck yesterday itself...

Low internal memory,defective hardware may causing this issue(Take to NOKIA CARE)., however try "Hard reset phone" it may helps you.....Even it not helped then switch back to Lumia Black by using Recovery tool.....

I had similar problems with Lumia 1020 after updating to wp8.1.

The phone froze randomly, sometimes twice per day, sometimes twice per week. The worst thing is that it didn't reboot itself, so you basically miss calls, notifications and alarms. Even hard reset without restoring from backup didn't help.

So I rolled back to wp8. The phone reboots itself several times per day but doesn't freeze anymore.

After a month it got hanged again today..I noticed it happens only while talking to someone...its lying there like this since half an hour...
