Lumia 1520.3 (RM-938) w/ AWS, 700Mhz & QI FROM NEGRI-ELECTRONICS

I've been reading and sniffing through the forums on the 1520.3 (RM-938) version of the 1520 sold by both Newegg and Negri Electronics. I'm deciding on buying it from Negri Electronics because I live in CA and the phone including tax on Newegg comes out to be more expensive than Negri Electronics. Anyhow, I've had past experiences with Negri Electronics, as I bought my pentaband Lumia 920 from them. The first one I got from them had the common identified issues with the first batch of 920's. I returned it for a second 920, and although not perfect, I made do with it. My experiences from the 920 told me that Negri Electronics has good customer service and returning the first phone for a replacement was relatively easy. However, I do worry about the batches of phones Negri Electronics receives...and I know it's not all on Negri Electronics...most (or all) the blame can be put on Quality Control of Nokia. For those who have bought the RM-938 1520.3 from Negri Electronics, what were your experiences? The good and the bad.

+1 deciding on them or omegacell, negris much cheaper so if anyone has any input much appreciated =D

​Yes, I do. I inputted my IMEI number on the site to check and it says I have US Warranty.
