I am thinking about ordering this. It will work with tmobile right? will the LTE work? Also when i upgrade to windows 8.1 will i have any issues on tmobile?

i just spoke to someone from B&H the guy said tmobile LTE wont work with this phone. I will only get hspa+ is this true?

If it's the RM-937, it will only get HSPA+, but if it's the RM-938, it will get all T-Mobile's HSPA+ and LTE bands perfectly no matter which version of the WP OS it's running.

That's the million dollar question. Newegg, Negri, and B&H had them, but have since changed their status to either backordered or discontinued. If I'm not mistaken, Negri and B&H are allowing you to place orders that they will ship when available (at least for certain colors). It's extremely rare and hard to find right now. I sold my used RM-938 on eBay for $900 last week. Your best bet is to keep an eye on this forum. I'm sure once somebody gets them back in stock it'll be posted here.

Incorrect. I got my RM-938 straight from B&H. That link shows the RM-938.

Check out the specs. It says it supports LTE Band 4. That is what T-Mobile uses. The RM-937 doesn't. 938 does.
