Lumia 1520 broke, where can I buy another one?

My Lumia 1520 broke and now that Microsoft has stopped production on the model, its been very difficult in finding this phone to purchase again. I had the RM 937, BUT I'm in Canada so I want either the 940 or 938. I can't find it anywhere. Expansys and Omegacell have stopped selling them. And eBay has only either used or the new ones for over $1000. I got my phone for $600.

Anyone know where else I can look?

B & H Photo has the 938 right now, so you may wish to buy there. In addition, I see the 940 on Amazon periodically.

Seems they do ship to Canada and have a dedicated agent to handle customs clearance and import duty.

Things aren't the same as when it first came out...

There are a few "1520 scarcity" threads in this forum now. I also doubt that a Canadian wants a 2 year AT&T contract. The 1520 was never released into the Canadian market.

Yeah, I've been cruising ebay as I was looking for a busted 1520.3 to gut the motherboard. I saw a bid up to almost 500 bucks for a gently used 1520.3. People should really research. They're on b&h for 520 and I fond them here Nokia Lumia 1520 4G Smartphone with 20MP Camera - White RM-938 for even cheaper....470. Not sure if they ship to Canada though. Good luck!
