Lumia 1520 Camera Issue

I am running WM10, 10586.318, release preview. I took this photo with HDR on and a a black band was seen. My display is fine. Has happened twice before too. Is it a hardware issue with the sensor?

does the band appear irrespective of orientation?
if HDR is off, does it also appear

To be on the same page, check for OS updates (you should be on 10586.420) and app updates
