lumia 1520 cant take videoa at resolution 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels

after i updated my luma 1520 i cant take videos//the only way i can take a videos is when reduce the resolution to 640 pixells by 360 pixels..for now i dont have any option but to go back to win 8.1 unless i can get help asap

Videos are expressed as 720p or 1080p

This is determined by the camera app you are using

im using the camera app that came with windows 10..it cant take a vid with anything over 640 p by 360 p..it used to take videos with high resolutions but when i play the vid it would write unsupported format but after i installed preview build:14295 the cam freezes.

Something is definitely wrong there. 1520 should not offer anything lower than 720p.

I'd try a Reset, If that doesn't do it, then go back to 8.1.

i did reset it for like 3 times but nothing really changed..everytime after i install a new preview build i reset the phone but still same story

what if i go back to win 8.1 and re-install windows 10?..maybe i should give it a try

its ok now,i rolled back to win 8.1 then reinstall win 10 using upgrade advisor..thanks anyway
