lumia 1520 factory unlocked or at&t unlocked

Hello everyone,

I am planning to buy a lumia 1520. I am really confused whether to buy a factory unlocked one or the at&t unlocked one.
I've heard that factory unlocked phones do not support Lte. I am also sick and tired of limited features provided in the at&t ones like no internet sharing or data sense.

Please suggest me somethings.
