I'm pretty skeptical to say the least.
A mini 1520 seems to make as much sense as a 920 Maxx, at least to me.

Are those microUSB ports even the same size?

No, they are not the same size. That is the USBv port. rly:
That is just a photo manipulation. The perfectly scaled speaker holes, USB port, and flash size should be a giveaway. The concept of a 1520 Mini seems to fall below the intelligence level I expect from Nokia.
