lumia 1520 scroll / tap issue

is the scroll / tap issue still present with no solution , this is the deal breaker for me not buying that phone right now !!

That is probably right but I have seen no promised of this by MS. I think MS said WP8 devices would get WP9 but that version has been killed. Windows 10 is not just a different name for Windows Phone 9. Windows Phone 9 was going to be an evolution of 8. Windows 10 is as big a change under the covers as WP8 was over 7 and MS didn't upgrade any 7s to 8. My impression is they were able to move up 10 enough that WP9 was dropped. I am hoping MS will announce their commitment to upgrade some or all WP8 phones to Win 10.

I'm sure I somewhere read that all lumia devices with 8.1 will get W10. Anyway, I personally think that at least the most recent devices and even some older high-end devices (like 1520) will definitely get it.

most of the users of the lumia 1520 suffer from this issue , when ur scrolling up or down sometimes the screen could read it a tap and so open links or any unwanted actions .

Observe how it happens when you are swiping that cause it to be so. Then, relearn to acclimatize to this much larger screen real estate.

It's working perfectly now on mine after some initial hiccups.
