Lumia 1520 very slow wake up

Is anyone else having an issue on 8.1 where when the phone is asleep and you press the power button it takes 4-5 seconds before the screen comes on?

Yes I occasionally get this. Most of the time it is accompanied by the back of the phone near the camera overheating. I just restart the phone and it works. This has been happening ever since I got the dev preview. But since the update yesterday it has yet to happen. I'm not saying it's fixed for me, it hasn't been long enough to tell. Fingers crossed though.

When it is happening turn off your WiFi, that had been a pretty common bug and disabling WiFi will resolve it. I also have not had this issue yet in the official update but it's too soon to call it resolved.
