Lumia 1520 - why don't I have any available updates after Build 10166?

Lumia 1520 - no available updates after build 10166

Hi fellas.
I just updated my Lumia 1520 with Windows Insider app, but in my OS version, i see that version i switch from windows phone 8.1. isnt the newest one.
There is still 10166 build, and there are not any updates available.
So, if you can tell me is this normal and does it depends on region of phone (i am from EU but phone is for HongKong market)? I know that official releases depends on this, but when i was in dev. preview program (WP8.1), we all got updates at same week.

BTW just to mention, my apps are still downloading because i hard reset my phone, so is it normal to see lagg at Start screen?
apps that are just installed are working preety good, so i hope that start screen and menu will be like that after restoring,

When you hard reset your phone, you got off the preview. You'll need to download the Insider Preview app and enroll to get updates (in the fast ring) once again.
