Lumia 1520 with windows 10 wont download email attachments

I have build 10166 on my Lumia 1520 and cannot get Outlook mail to download email attachments. Other than that I am pretty happy so far.

Just check the date & time

What that meant was check your phone's time and date settings if they are correct.
