Lumia 520 crashes when connected to wifi

hello all, I have recently had some issues with my Lumia 529, it's been purchased around 5 months ago, everything worked perfect! until one day, I turned on wifi and when tried to connect, suddenly crashes, the only way for working it, was to take out battery and restart the phone (lock button did not work though!)

I think I don't have amber nor black update, if anyone can help me looking for the reason of this error, I'll really appreciate it. Data connection works great, but sometimes when I try to connect to wifi it suddenly crashes

First of all try updating your phone to the latest software/firmware. Updates probably brings fixes to such issues.
Else try to do a soft reset.
