Lumia 520 + FB

Hello!

I've got a Lumia 520 with WP8.1 DP with 4th update+Black, and the newest version of Facebook from MS. I've set my Microsoft account profile picture in the Me Tile and the People app. But 3-4 times a week the FB set it to my Facebook profile pic., and I have to change back my profile picture (in the Me Tile) to my MS account. Can I disable this? Is it a bug? And an another question: Can I set the FB app to auto sync my contacts in the People app with my Facebook friends one time a week?
