If you want one I would order it quick. Heard that the supply of 520's is about gone. With the 635 going for 39$ they will be gone in no time so they can be replaced by the 535 which is selling for a little over 100$; but with alot more features than the 635 (635 still a nice phone for the money)

Could you explain differences between 520/535/635? I have 520 as a media player (no sim card) and was thinking of upgrading it to 635 @$39. Thanks.

In a nutshell...

520, what we're comparing to. This is off the top of my head:

635:
Larger 4.5" display, not as sharp, but higher quality.
Virtual buttons, like many Android phones. (It's obvious in pictures of it)
No camera button.
Larger battery (1850 mAh vs. 1450 in the 520)
No proximity and light sensor. (meaning no double-tap-to-wake and auto-brightness)
Speedier performance

535: (compared to the 630, not to be compared to the 530, which is inferior to all)
Not available in the US (yet, at least I think)
Lower end chipset
1 GB RAM (so it runs pretty much anything)
Front facing camera (and one that isn't too shabby at that)
Microsoft branding
5" display, higher resolution than either phone, but probably more on par with the 520 quality-wise.
LED flash
proximity and light sensor are onboard
1905 mAh battery
480p video capture, unlike the other two, which can take 720p video.

I think at $40, the 635 is a fine choice.
