Lumia 520 Indian users on Preview for developers getting cyan?

As said above I have a 520 with 8.1.1 except the last update and a hour back I received a notification about an update available.
But I did a hard reset two weeks back and didn't download the PFD app till the update notification appeared. So it might not be a PFD update.
And I'm stuck in a remote area where I get only 2G coverage here, so I can't confirm that it is indeed cyan.
Can anyone with a 520 on PFD check whether cyan is available for the device?

Did you roll back to 8.0 to install cyan and enrolled back to PFD to get 8.1.1?

I should have mentioned this. I'm asking the ones who have not rolled back and are waiting for then to release it officially

Well update it as pdf users are getting the update cyan. My 720 got and they are rolling for others too.....
