lumia 520 internet connectivity prob

i'm also having a nokia lumia, but with a slightly different problem...

the connection recently started showing 'sp connection failed'

i was using the phone for like a month and a half, and yesterday onwards the connection started showing this on my BSNL network.
recently the bsnl changed its plan and now only 3g plans are available. and i used to get good speed around 200kB/s. But randomly it is showing like this and apps are not getting connected to net. especially the speedtest app and also the store

I never connected to the store too with mobile data connection
I can only connect via wifi
I can't find an answer

I have Wifi connection in Home... even i use Wifi in my Nokia N8 and Laptop.. In lumia 520... it show connected but Internet not working.
I contact with Nokia center and even send mail to nokia but its not helping... can you help me

my nokia lumia 520 internet sharing doesnt work why? i tried to my sisters fone blackberry i connect it high signal but i think its just a j0ke. it doesnt work why?

Try updating your system software. you should install network+ system software. Download synpusher from store and update all system software.

In my lumia YouTube buffers a lot. After every 7-8 secs youtube video buffers and so the video cannot be nicely played

I have (Nokia Lumia 520) and i am currently using the GSM services of TATA DOCOMO.

The troubling aspect is i have an ACTIVE 2G set up and i get the alphabet "E" which in India denotes
that the phone is ready to handle any internet activity with a 2G network but inspite of that fact,i am not
able to access "Internet" in any given way.I am not able to open "Nokia Store" for new apps and nor
can i open any "Web Pages" from IE.:straight::straight::straight:

My current network settings are -

Password - blank

Proxy Address - Blank OR 0.0.0.0

Proxy Port - 0 OR 8080

Network Type - IPv4

Authentication Type - none

Need Some Help.
