Lumia 520 no cyan update

I bought a neverlocked lumia520 from romania, in the extras+info it says the mobile operator is 000-GB, but i receive no update to cyan..i have another lumia 520 and the mobile operator is the same, but this one had the update...anything i could do? in romania microsoft says the update is available for every carrier. tried with sim and without, and on multiple wifi-s...

please help! Thanks!

You could probably use the Nokia Recovery Tool. Keep in mind this will clear off the phone so you'll want to back it up. I'm told you can pick any ROM you want for your phone as long as the model number matches. I'm not sure how this works across countries, but in theory you could install the AT&T version from the US if you wanted. In reality, I'm not sure what ROMs you'll have available, but you should have some.

No idea. Probably not, but even if that's the case you could always use the tool to switch back to your current carrier's rom.

No you don't! I signed up for the Developer Preview, losing my warranty. However, after using the tool to get Lumia Cyan, Nokia Care reported I still had my warranty.
