Lumia 520 or Lumia 630?

I want to buy a windows phone I m confused which one i should buy Lumia 520 or Lumia 630 becouse someone said that 520 is better than 630 becouse videos in memory card cant be played in Video app in it. I want to ask that it has been solved or not it have any other bugs please reply me fast and i want to know about its every specification and bugs in Both Lumia models i mentioned.

That's a lie whoever mentioned the video on SD card. Works fine! I use a 630/635.

The 630 has a faster processor, better display, and has onscreen buttons. If you really care about camera, then get the 520. Same sensor, better lenses.

630 all the way. The 520 will be 2 years old soon; 630 was released several months ago. 520 is dual core, 630 is quad core. 630 screen is better too - it has Clearblack and Gorilla Glass, not to mention it's 4.5 in vs 4 in. Camera performance overall seems the same.

Differences in the 630
Larger, better quality display, but not as sharp.
On screen buttons
no camera button
lacks sensor suite (proximity, light sensor...) meaning no double-tap to wake, no auto brightness...
larger battery
performs better.

I'd be hard pressed to decide personally, but hmm... I would lean towards the 630.

Nope. Your RAM dictates compatibility. The 630 still does not have more than 512mb.

The Lumia 636 and 638 (China) have 1 GB of ram.
