Hello I have a Lumia 520 with WP 8.1 developer and from the last update when I am in a phone call the screen doesn't lock and if it locks I can't unlock it until the other person hangs up.... Can you help me?

Try soft reset Volume down + power (held for 10 seconds). It wont erase ur data. just clear things hanged up.
Just correct date and time if wrong after reset
