Lumia 520 Storage Space

I've had issues with the amount of storage on my phone for a few weeks now, which is odd considering I literally only have 4 apps on my phone and all my music and photos are saved to a 32GB SD card. (I used to have more apps and a bunch of games, but I couldn't update anything since I ran out of space, so I deleted almost everything.)





Whenever I look at storage check, there's lots of app data taken up by the settings which accounts for almost all of the storage taken up by apps. Does anyone know how I can sort this out so I can stop only having about 30KB free?

I would guess you're suffering from the 'Other Storage' issue. This has been a problem with WP since day one. Usually caused by WP holding on to files no longer needed and since there really isn't a cleanup app this is what keeps happening.

You'll need to hard reset your phone to clear this mess. Be sure to back up before you do.
