Lumia 520 Touch Problem - Help!

my nokia lumia 520 hangs often and the touch was not in my control...it operates automatically...can anyone tel me the solution for this????when i switch off and remove d battery...it works good but takes 5 more mins...is ther anyone to help me to exactly wat should i do????

That is the same problem with my Galaxy Ace ( 3 year old ) ... The touch screen works automatically without touching .... Someone help !!!
