Lumia 525 crashes a lot

Hello. Whenever my phone gets slightly tapped on its left side (the side with the buttons), it crashes. And I do mean slightly. Anybody has an idea what should I do? Microsoft Stores/ Nokia aren't available here at all.

Do you mean that the phone crashes when you press the buttons on the side of phone, or when you just simply tap that side of the phone?

It crashes when I tap the side, not the buttons. Hard resettings doesn't help.

Could be a hardware issue, especially considering hard reset didn't work. Is it possible to get it checked at a Nokia Care point?

Well, not really. There's none of those around here... ;(

Hmm..any chance you could go back to the point of sale? Show them you may have a hardware fault and (if under warranty), you need a replacement. If they refuse, perhaps then you could bring the issue up with Nokia directly. Again, assuming it is still under warranty.

^^ He is right. It seems as if some circuitry inside the phone is broken, thus causing the instability (triggered by a slight tap on that side). There is probably no other way than to get the phone replaced.
