Lumia 525 NOT switching on

Whenever i try to switch on my lumia 525, It shows this weird screeen. I dont know what to do, Can anybody help me regarding this case?

Either there is no battery left or it is a software problem

Software. Use the Nokia recovery tool to wipe the phone. You will lose data but if you use the cloud it will download again on your phone
