Lumia 532 problems

Bought the lumia 532 & it's been going downhill ever since.Got alot of problems with it so I'm asking here in hope that someone can help me resolve some of them.
Problem 1:
Sometimes when the screen turns off I can't turn it on no matter how many times i press the power button or double tap the screen.
Problem 2:
Recently the phone started downloading a file usually 1giga in size and even after deleting the file it always comes back,also in the same time the phone randomly freezes and sometimes goes to the last app I used.
I'll stop here for now in hope that i can resolve these 2

Seems like you need Hard Reset your phone. That's Power + Volume Up till phone vibrates

No. But it most likely will. And you can backup almost everything from your phone to OneDrive.
Settings > backup

Pressed power button + volume up,the phone rebooted.Didn't lose any files or apps,problem is still there.Thinking of doing a factory reset but I'll save that as a last option.Any other sugestions?

What I told you IS factory reset. You probably didn't held them till phone vibrates but shutdown phone just sliding down

Uh I thought the hard reset procedure was more complicated than that.

settings > about > reset your phone is best

I think OP was just rebooting his phone with your instructinos

i haven't had any of these issues but if your phone freezes and wont turn back on just open the back and remove the battery wait 5-10seconds just to sure reinsert battery and turn phone back on
