Lumia 550 internet stops working randomly

Hi!

I bought the Lumia 550 cuz I needed a 4G hotspot, this was the cheapest alternative.

The problem is that the internet stops working like several times in the last 2 hours (it says I have 4G) and I need to reboot the phone. It doesnt help to put it in to flightmode and switch back, only a reboot solves the problem.

This is quite annoying.

And I also cannot download the latest firmware, it is stuck at 0%

Try switching off bluetooth in the settings, does that make any difference?

Also, let the firmware/update download keep "downloading" - it may take a long time - just leave it for a few hours.

For my 550 updating the latest 10586.494 build I started the "check for updates" in the morning and after a couple of hours of being stuck at zero percent it went to 32% and was again stuck there for few more hours - finally update completed the download (I only checked phone after few hours) and the "gears" animation for updating started - so be patient I would say.
