Lumia 620 case not fitting

Hi I've got my phone since December and this week I noticed that my case wasn't fitting in the phone I also read another thread and is not working for me. Also the headphone jack isn't working good

For headphone jack remove the back panel and see the sticker in the earphone jack area,align it properly.Get the case replaced

I dont know what sticker are you talking about but i cant see any plastic thing . Here are some pic of the case

So any answer? I got tired of this damn headset. And I noticed that when i push the screen the headphones works normally ?
